Etech is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Lufkin, TX

Customers will be calling you to discuss packages/pricing that are offered at an outdoor adventure park. You will also book reservations as well as process cancellations for customers. ​

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to analyze information effectively
- Experience in outbound/inbound calling and customer service
- Familiarity with phone etiquette
- Previous experience in sales and upselling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $9.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
